Cancellation Policy for workshops run by Cook and Craft Collective Ltd.

If, in the unlikely event, you are unable to attend a class you have already booked and need to cancel your booking, you must notify Cook & Craft Collective via email 7 business days before the date of the class booked. Once you have notified Cook & Craft Collective of your cancellation, a full refund will be issued less fees. If you cancel your booking 3 business days prior the date of the class, you can transfer your purchase to a future class of equal or lesser value on any class on the Cook and Craft website, subject to availability.  Please refer to the frequently asked questions regarding rebooking. No refund of purchase will be given for cancellations received within 7 business days of the date of the experience.

Cancellation Policy for workshops advertised by vendors on Cook and Craft Collective site:

After booking you have two days to cancel should you wish and you will be refunded by CCC less fees. After that time, you will have to refer to the cancellation policy for each individual vendor. Many will allow a change of date, but this is discretionary and not always possible. Refunds less fees are generally not available. However, you can choose to transfer your voucher to a Cook and Craft Collective class or classes for that price value.

Cook and Craft Collective will not be responsible for, or have any liability to you for:

a) accidental damage or injury resulting from the actions or omissions of anyone attending the course run by CCC or a seperate vendor;

b) any loss of income or revenue, loss of profits or contracts;

c) any indirect or consequential loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of our breach of contract or negligence. This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.

FAQ mentioned above:

I’ve fallen ill or have had an accident should I still come?

No, if you’re ill, pop your feet up and get better soon. We will rebook you up to 3 times. If you’ve been in an accident and can’t make it to the class or you are concerned that you will not be able to participate in the class, get in touch and we can discuss how to accommodate you or whether you’d prefer to rebook.
