Since taking a cooking class on our last holiday to Paris, we swore we’d never go anywhere again without adding a local cooking class to our itinerary. This little hour-and-a-half workshop was the perfect interlude to sit down, have a rest, and learn how to bake — and properly eat (we’re Americans and had some unlearning to do) — British scones. Jojo was an absolute gem and we enjoyed every minute of our time with her. The scones were delicious and we enjoyed a lovely chat while we ate them with some tea. Thus refreshed, we were ready to continue with the rest of our day!!

Jojo made it a lot of fun and made it seem easy. She never rushed us through the process of measuring, mixing, rolling, and cutting out the scones. Finally baking and eating the final product. I don't see how this process could have been completed in any less time than she gave us.
