While real pizza dough requires a lengthy proving process, don’t worry—JoJo will have some pre-prepared dough ready for you to use. You’ll even take home your own batch of dough to make more delicious pizzas at your leisure.

To make the experience even more enjoyable, bring along a bottle of your favorite drink and sip while your pizzas bake. At the end of the workshop, savor the fruits of your labor by enjoying your freshly baked pizza straight from the oven.

Perfect for Educators!

Our group of 18 students took a pizza making class in London with JoJo and it ended up being one of the most fun nights of the trip! She had us doing everything ourselves, from mixing and kneading the dough to building and baking the pizzas, and even the students who claimed they couldn’t cook got into it pretty quickly.

JoJo was a great host, super easygoing, funny, and patient while helping everyone fix their dough or toppings when things got a little chaotic. By the end, everyone was proud of what they made and we all sat around eating our own pizzas together. It felt less like a lesson and more like a really good group experience. Highly recommend it for student groups - she's a trip - would absolutely do it again.

Excellent class - JoJo was very fun and patient with me - and has really helped build my confidence to make my own dough and amazing pizzas in the future. WOuld definitely recommend this class for solo experiences (as I did) or small groups / families.
