Relaxed and friendly teacher
What a fabulous fun evening with JoJo, with the added benefit of absolutely delicious macarons at the end of it. We arranged this as a fun girls' night out, taking full advantage of JoJo's suggestion to bring a bottle of bubbles to enjoy while we learnt (highly recommended!). We are baking novices and I was pretty sceptical that the output would be edible, let alone look like the macarons I buy and love to eat, but JoJo is a great teacher and very patient. The pace and timing was just right, with lots of time to chat and learn the key hints and tips for producing fabulous macarons. JoJo makes it look so easy and I'm looking forward to trying this out at home - hopefully with the same great results!
My friend and I attended a macaron workshop with Joanna and had a wonderful time. It was a fun, relaxed session, with a tasty end product! Would recommend :)
The class was amazing! I went by myself and had a lot of fun! If you focus it is considerably easy to make and the end result is completely worth it. I shared with my friends and all of them said it was incredible!! Super happy with this course and with teacher Dora who was extremely supportive, funny and nice the whole time! I would definetely come back and recommend anyone interested in bakery to go to this course!
