Macarons are tricky, but JoJo will share her secret recipe and never again will your macarons run into a sticky mess. JoJo's famous recipe will take the fear out of making macarons. The perfect gift for a friend - or for yourself!

We have lovely flavours to choose from: Raspberry, Vanilla, Pistachio, Rose - and if you fancy replicating one of our best sellers,  Christmas Pudding!

In your kit you will receive:

  • All the ingredients packaged 
  • 4 piping bags
  • 1 sugar flair colour
  • 1 flavour
  • Your instructions

All you need to provide is eggs and butter.

I did a macron class with Joanna and it was a joy!

I did a macron class with Joanna and it was a joy! And that was before we even got started!
Joanna was a pleasure to learn from and the session was so relaxed and fun. I think she might be magic! I’ve never had any luck with macarons - they’ve always been my downfall - but with Joanna’s help I was able to create something beautiful and delicious! And more importantly she took all the fear and stress out of it.
