In this fun and friendly 90 minute workshop, you’ll get hands-on and messy as you learn the secrets behind the best way to bake Scandinavian and Italian breads before making your very own loaves by hand, from scratch. You’ll also learn how to knead and prove like a pro.
Enjoy making and baking two loaves, both different but equally tasty. You'll be sent a kit in the post with the ingredients. Just pour your favourite tipple to enjoy whilst you make and bake in your own home.
